Vice President, Community-Based Family Services and Practice Innovation
Dr. Elisabeth Cannata oversees intensive outpatient clinical services for children and adolescents. Her responsibilities include program development and consultation on innovative service practice across the clinic’s service continuum particularly with adolescents and families. She has extensive experience in solution-focused therapy, and other strength-based approaches.

Dr. Harrington has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families and specializes in early childhood development.
Assistant Vice President of Outpatient Services
Bill has led the way at Wheeler Clinic in the area of Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment. In 2004 Bill successfully implemented the first evidenced-based intensive in-home program for youth with problem sexual behaviors outside of a research trial in the United States.

Dr. Cristine McNaney specializes in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and child and family assessments. She coordinates the Diagnostic Assessment and Referral Team.
Director of Juvenile Justice Services
Jennifer oversees several of the clinic's intensive home-based multidimensional family therapy teams serving Hartford, Manchester, New Haven, New Britain and Waterbury. She also provides leadership for the new Juvenile Risk Reduction Center.

As Medical Director of Children's Outpatient Services, Dr. Miller oversees psychiatric care for children and adolescents served by the clinic.

Enid Peterson, LCSW is Associate Director of Children's Residential and School-Based Clinical Services. She oversees Wheeler Clinic’s group homes and residential services for children including the Safe Home and four group homes.

Dr. Michael Russo directs the Department of Children's Residential and School-Based Clinical Services. This includes group homes, Safe Home, Northwest Village School Clinical Services, and DART.

Sharlene Croteau, L.C.S.W. has broad experience working with family violence issues. She oversees the intervention programs, AIC, ARRC and domestic violence programs such as DOVE.
Compulsive Gambling & Addictions Counselor
Pat Devendorf, N.C.G.C. specializes in addiction and recovery. She has a broad background in both substance abuse and compulsive gambling treatment. She coordinates the Bettor Choice Gambling Program.

Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor
Ray Muszynski, L.A.D.C., L.P.C., oversees Outpatient Substance Abuse Recovery Services in the Plainville and New Britain offices including the Day and Evening Intensive Outpatient programs. Ray also oversees the Access Center, Latino Outreach Program, Older Adults Substance Abuse Program, court-referred behavioral health services and Project SAFE.
