Congregate Care

Wheeler's Congregate Care services provide supportive and consistent home-like environments to meet the unique needs of children and youth referred by the Department of Children and Families.

LIGHT House provides a long-term, supportive and consistent home-like environment for adolescent boys challenged with significant trauma histories and relational difficulties. Our goal is to provide stability, sensitivity and opportunities to help youth develop effective interpersonal and life skills.

Farm Hill is part of Wheeler Clinic's Congregate Care services, which provides 24-hour, home-like care for children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Farm Hill serves girls ages 13-16.

Joint-01.pngWheeler has earned Behavioral Health reaccreditation from The Joint Commission, the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body for providing quality, coordinated, patient-centered health care. The programs surveyed include Wheeler’s Community-Based services; Congregate Care, Extended Day Treatment and Foster Care programs; and Wheeler’s Northwest Village School.
