Critical Incident Response Services
Wheeler EAP critical incident response services are tailored to the help the managers and employees understand the emotional impact of a traumatic event and return to normal, as quickly as possible. Our trained professionals are available to provide timely management consultation and onsite support following an accident, robbery, sudden death, workplace violence, or natural disaster. Licensed mental health professionals will visit the workplace and facilitate group and individual meetings to support employees and families’ need to:

Substance USE DISORDER Professional Services
Our network of qualified Substance Abuse Professionals provide Department of Transportation (DOT) substance abuse assessments for employees in safety-sensitive positions and for those covered under Federal Regulations, Part 40. Services include:
- Face-to-face assessments
- Case management including communication with the medical review officer and designated employer representative
- Provision of return-to-duty testing schedules
