Early Childhood Consultation Partnership
The Early Childhood Consultation Partnership (ECCP®) is an evidence-based early childhood mental health consultation program designed to meet the social and emotional needs of children, birth to five, by offering support, education and consultation to daycare, pre-school and other educational settings that serve young children, as well as to their parents and other caregivers. The statewide program provides mental health prevention and early intervention services; builds the capacity of parents, teachers and caregivers; and promotes enduring and optimal mental health outcomes for young children and their families.
This statewide program serves families and early education providers.
Wheeler Clinic provides ECCP® services in Avon, Berlin, Bristol, Canton, Farmington, New Britain, Newington, Plainville, Plymouth, Rocky Hill, Simsbury, Southington, West Hartford and Wethersfield.
