Wheeler provides a full range of integrated primary and behavioral health care, as well as community education and mobile clinics, through its two Mobile Family Health & Wellness Centers.

Wheeler Health Mobile Operations provide (Las operaciones móviles de Wheeler Health ofrecen):
- Primary Care exams (Exámenes de Atención Primaria)
- Check-ups (Chequeos)
- Chronic Disease Management (Manejo de enfermedades crónicas)
- STD testing and treatment (Pruebas y tratamiento de ETS)
- Birth Control (Control de natalidad)
- Sick Visits (Visitas por enfermedad)
- EKGs (ECG)
- Hepatitis C screening and treatment (Detección y tratamiento de la hepatitis C)
- BRISTOL: Medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder (Tratamiento asistido por medicamentos para el trastorno por uso de sustancias)
- On-site laboratory services for patients (Servicios de laboratorio in situ para pacientes)
- Linkages to services at our health centers like chiropractic care, behavioral health, and nutrition counseling (Vínculos con servicios en nuestros centros de salud, como atención quiropráctica, salud conductual y asesoramiento nutricional)
The larger Mobile Family Health & Wellness Center, equipped with a private exam room, reception area, and lift system, is licensed for care through the Connecticut Department of Public Health and in scope of Wheeler’s federally qualified health centers in Bristol, Hartford, New Britain, Plainville, and Waterbury. It has been in use for community education events since June 2022.
Our second, smaller, Mobile Family Health & Wellness Center has been in operation since October 2024, and it will mostly serve the Hartford region with community outreach activities until summer 2025.
